In addition, the programme covers the requirements for a leader in today’s virtual environment. It’s an all-around immersive online experience which builds the skills, knowledge and behaviours to become a manager who leads with integrity.

Our on-demand eLearning offers flexible skill development that can be used alongside our Leadership and Management training programmes or as a standalone offering.

You can coach in the UK without a qualification, but investing in the right support and accreditation as a coach helps you stand out from the crowd, giving you the toolkit and mindset to get the best results for your coachees.
Our collaborative, highly interactive virtual programme ‘Coaching for Purpose’ offers a 360-degree view of coaching.
During this programme, delegates will discover a measurable shift in behaviours and provide evidence of improved coaching techniques which will drive performance in the workplace.
Providing delegates meet the requisite level of experience and competence, the programme enables a ‘fast track’ to a globally recognised, Foundation, European Individual Award (EIA) in Coaching and Mentoring with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
The programme also includes the use of high-quality psychometrics (Mental Toughness MTQPlus and leadership ILM72) before and after to evidence impact.
Coaching with purpose refers to a coaching approach that focuses on the individual’s personal and professional goals, values, and aspirations, and helps them achieve these objectives through a process of self-discovery, growth, and development.
Skills developed during this programme includes asking the best questions, developing self-awareness, dialling up the ability to challenge coaches, and understanding the need for effective governance in coaching, such as contracting and supervision.
It is based on the belief that individuals have the innate capability and potential to achieve their desired outcomes and that the coach’s role is to facilitate this process through effective questioning, listening, and feedback.
The purpose of this type of coaching is to help individuals become the best version of themselves and live a fulfilling life aligned with their values and goals.
Individuals can apply to become an EIA coaching practitioner with the EMCC on completion of the course and required supporting work.
