Enabling outstanding apprenticeships with engaging elearning.

PROJECT DETAIL

To engage employers, apprentices and the LSBU team in increasing their knowledge and understanding of the elements of a high impact apprenticeship programme, through accessible interactive digital learning.

KEY OBJECTIVE

To create engaging, impactful, branded, and bespoke content, that was suitable to be delivered on a range of different platforms, for both internal LSBU employees, apprentices, and external employers.

KEY OUTCOME

Providing bespoke content, owned by LSBU, which enabled all apprentices, employers and LSBU team members, to understand more regarding their apprenticeship programme. Increasing their awareness of the benefits and processes of apprenticeships within LSBU and beyond with current and future employers.

"The Apprenticeship Team at LSBU identified a need to dial up our engagement of potential employers and apprentices so they fully understood all the requirements of their apprenticeship journey with us. This was important because we believe apprentices achieve more when they are informed, happy and motivated, and have all the knowledge they need to be successful.

We therefore wanted an interactive and engaging digital experience which could sit on our Aptem system and deliver all the key touchpoints of the programme, in an engaging way, assessing understanding and progress throughout.

Due to their experience in apprenticeships and funded learning, the Quantum Rise team understood the detail and importance from the off. We collaborated to build a high quality, impactful learner pathway via e-learning, covering all the key elements. It was fully contextualised and bespoke to LSBU with a slick storyboarding process and build.

The end products were exceptionality high quality and easy for us to implement. So far, we have had over 1,100 apprentices engage in the content and received some great feedback.
