The trust needed a solution, which meant a partner who was capable in high impact, engaging training which could be delivered virtually to ensure compliance and skill in key areas.
One requirement was the ‘Violence and Aggression Breakaway’ training, delivered annually and provides the essential skills, knowledge and behaviours in personal safety, diffusion, and conflict management. This is not the typical topic for digital training so new thinking and innovation was required.
Partnering with Quantum Rise Talent Group, we created a bespoke programme and an engaging and highly interactive virtual classroom was rolled out to over 70 attendees across Wales. The session included thought provoking activities, exercises to challenge mindset and key breakaway techniques through video and reflection. The trust was very happy with the training and satisfied that it met the requirements needed during the year.
