To support Genius People and selected partners to take their remote teaching on Teams from good to great.

KEY OBJECTIVE

To transfer engagement and interactive online training techniques to the tutors, enabling them to increase in capability with their live virtual learning and training.

KEY OUTCOME

A stark increase in confidence alongside some very impressed OFSTED inspectors!

Genius People had made significant progress in transferring their teaching and learning to online, however recognised they wanted to take it to the next level and work with a specialist partner to make this happen.

Fit and style was number one priority as the team wanted to work with an organisation who delivered fun and practical learning in this space. Enter the conversation with Quantum Rise!

Our ‘How to Design and Deliver a Great Online Training Session’ programme was readily deployed to the team, who completely immersed themselves in it. So much so that during the recent Ofsted visit, inspectors were shown recordings of the team’s new online skill set in action and were very impressed.

Genius People deliver apprenticeships in both Scotland and England and are proud to be able to support learners in this innovative and engaging way in both geographical areas.
