Quantum Rise and Fujitsu have been partners since 2020, with the Quantum Rise delivery team operating as their flexible learning and development resource.

Building a bespoke learning programme design helped us upskill over 1000 of Fujitsu’s managers.

During February 2020, Beth Rowlands, Head of Talent and Learning, was seeking a virtual best practice delivery partner who could operate flexibility and meet some changing needs and came across Quantum Rise.

Four months later, over a thousand managers had attended the live virtual training, delivered by the Quantum Rise delivery team, producing huge advocacy for the new performance management strategy with nearly three quarters of managers saying they prefer the new process and appreciate the new skills they have been given. All without stepping foot in a training room.
