NATIONAL GAS:
EARLY CAREERS DELIVERY

Collaborating to bring early careers to the forefront of capabilities in the gas and hydrogen sector.

PROJECT DETAIL

To support the transition of early careers delivery (graduates, and apprentices) from an In-house Employer Provider Apprenticeship Academy, to the new National Gas business and its outsource delivery, as part of organisation change and development.

KEY OBJECTIVE

To review and align the graduate and apprenticeship programme strategies making sure National Gas is set up to recruit and retain early careers talent for the new business. This also included a scale up of governance, provider management, levy forecasting and line manager engagement.

KEY OUTCOME

The early careers programmes in National Gas, whilst still in transition, have continued to provide training and assessment for its talent, particularly in the engineering population.  The tools provided by Quantum Rise have enabled transparency and education about levy maximisation and training provider and procurement strategies.
